		<description>Just a quick note. You might be interested in substituting allspice for the cloves and cinnamon. you get a more complex flavor, and only have to buy one spice. Also, whole allspice berries will keep in an airtight container for what seems to me to be eons, so you can buy in bulk and grind what you need when you need it. I tried a 1/4 tsp of allspice in place of both cloves and cinnamon. yum. cuts the acidity of the tomatoes and give a nice depth of flavor.</description>
