WTFBBQ

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken (breasts or thighs)
  • 2 cups barbecue sauce (we prefer Sweet Baby Ray’s)
  • 20 ounces cola (do not use diet!)

SRSLY Prep:

  • Cut chicken into 2″ chunks or leave whole
  • Toss/pour all ingredients into a gallon-sized zip-top freezer bag and squish to combine
  • Freeze

SRLSY Cooking:

  • Cut bag away from frozen meal
  • Place in crock pot on low for 8-10 hours

Options:

  • Serve whole or shredded on rolls
  • Serve whole or chunked on a bed of corn and rice (chef’s favorite!)
