Ingredients:
- 2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken (breasts or thighs)
- 2 cups barbecue sauce (we prefer Sweet Baby Ray’s)
- 20 ounces cola (do not use diet!)
SRSLY Prep:
- Cut chicken into 2″ chunks or leave whole
- Toss/pour all ingredients into a gallon-sized zip-top freezer bag and squish to combine
- Freeze
SRLSY Cooking:
- Cut bag away from frozen meal
- Place in crock pot on low for 8-10 hours
Options:
- Serve whole or shredded on rolls
- Serve whole or chunked on a bed of corn and rice (chef’s favorite!)
